Over the decades, Boss has worked alongside many leading Australian and international mining companies to develop innovative solutions to some of the most complex mining requirements. Capping Rubber

Capping Rubbers are available in premium grade 70 DURO, wear and impact resistant EPDM rubber. Capping Rubbers are used to cover stringer bars on vibrating screens to protect the screen cloth from damage and wear. Our profiles have excellent physical properties and are specifically suited for outdoor applications.

Grip Strips

Grip Strips are available in premium grade 70 DURO, wear and impact resistant EPDM rubber. Grip Strips are fastened over rubber dust sealing cloth to stop dust and noise from entering the internal spaces of mining equipment. Our profiles have excellent physical properties and are specifically suited for outdoor applications.

Conveyor Belt Cleats

Boss Polymer offers a wide range of Conveyor Belt Cleats to suit your requirements. Cleats can also be tailored to suit the specific material being processed or the slope of the conveyor. Fabric reinforcements can be added to suit heavy-duty applications.

Filtration Extrusion

Boss manufactures a range of customer specific filtration profiles, this includes a high-tech composite profile. This profile is co-extruded, whereby a filtration cloth is fusion welded to a polymer during the extrusion process.
