Boss Polymer Technologies has added a wealth of experience to its Melbourne Manufacturing plant, with the appointment of Vonda Fenwick as Operations Manager. With the ever increasing demand for excellence and best practice solutions, Vonda has joined the Boss team, bringing a vast array of skills and knowledge to lead the production team into the future.
Vonda’s strong leadership and proven management skills will help to ensure the continuous improvement of Boss Polymers Business Management Processes; including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Human Resource Management (HRM), across operational areas. A particular focus for her during 2014 is strengthening our Lean Management Systems, with 5S and Set-up Reduction directed towards achieving Excellence in Customer Service; with a target of 100% DIFOT (Delivery in Full and On-Time).
With extensive skills, and over twenty years of senior management experience in a manufacturing environment, her qualifications and commitment to our continued success are sure to improve efficiencies for Boss, enabling sustained and improved high quality technical supply and service.
